In the mid 90ties he landed a restaurant boat in Sovereign Harbour. Peter and his wife Alex, a lovely hostess with a great personality, operated this floating restaurant for many years, until other restaurants opened in the Eastbourne Marina. Fom Sovereign Harbour they moved to The Brazz which they are running now since many years. The restaurant has a unique formula as it is located in a small quirky shopping centre (The Enterprise Centre) above a Fish Monger, a traditional Butcher and a Green Grocer. Brazz customers can pick their food from these inhouse suppliers and Peter will cook it in the style they want. How fresh can you get your lunch? However when I tell people that it is located next to the station they pull a face because they can't imagine that a restaurant in this area could be any good. How stupid, you will find the best food on Europe's railway stations. So If you want an honest plate of good food and/or a drink in a wonderful authentic Parisian atmosphere? Head for The Brazz. Sometimes they have live music! For details go to: Bon appetit! Event Travel Service Let us spoil your guests!
